· A free placement test
· Each student is offered an online study account with 1 unit/day within 1 month. The online program helps students to build up vocabulary, technical terms in Marketing, Finance, IT, Negotiation, Travel, Customer Care, Production, etc., improve listening comprehension skills and grammar.
· Students can use ESL DVDs series to improve communication skills.
· Students can practice speaking on every Saturday afternoon from 14:00 – 16:00
· Students can practice writing on every Saturday afternoon from 14:00 – 16:30
· Corporate HR executives are offered an account to follow employees’ attendance every 2 week and
· An administration account to manage their online learning time.
· Copies of mid-term and final test results.
· Completion certificates and teachers’ comments.
· Copies of progress evaluation reports for each student at the end of the course.
Commitments of AMA:
· Providing teacher’s CV for corporate HR executives prior to the course
· Sending surveys of teaching method and textbook quality to students upon the first 2 weeks of the course.
· Discussing with teachers to make adjustments according to students’ demands in case students are not satisfied with their performance and changing teachers if there is no positive changes in the following week.
· Providing vouchers for those students that don’t get guaranteed results in case they are not absent over 20% to take another equivalent public course.
Learning and teaching method:

Lecturer Selection Criteria of AMA Vietnam
· Having attended training programs in ESL teaching methodologies and meeting required regulations of AMA
· Being trained and having pedagogical skills in delivery and teaching
· Having at least 2 year experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL)
· Having at least MA degrees for Vietnamese and BA/BS degrees for foreign teachers.
· Being able to design many funny activities in class
· Being active and loving teaching career
